ABOUT US

Zeuna Stärker SA was a subsidiary of Zeuna Stärker GmbH, which in turn was sold to ArvinMeritor Inc. at the end of 2002. ATM was formed through a management buy-out, negotiated with ArvinMeritor Inc.

The directors of ATM are Kevin van der Westhuizen, previous MD of ZS-SA, and Henk van der Merwe, previous Commercial Manager of ZS-SA.
